Chocolate storage and care advice

The Chocolate Fairy's products are freshly made with high quality, 100% sustainable Belgian chocolate.  

Your items should not be placed in the fridge, as this may cause the chocolate to 'bloom' which makes it look unsightly and unappetising.

The good news is that with the exception of freshly made bonbons, the majority of your items will keep for upto 6 months if stored correctly.  Please keep them away from direct sunlight, strong odours, areas where there are high levels of humidity, and/or the temperature is in excess of 20°c for long periods.

In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with your items, please contact me in the first instance so that an early resolution can be achieved.
